Green light for 302 apartments at Cork City Docklands as part of Ireland’s largest regeneration project
The news that 302 apartments are due to become available at Cork Cities Docklands project Horgan’s Quay will be good news for all in Cork City, particularly tech giants Apple. The anchor tenant at number 1 Horgan’s Quay is well aware of the necessity for housing in attracting talent, with the Docklands due to deliver a steady stream of property over the coming decade enabling those who want to live in Cork.
The Cork City Docklands is the largest regeneration project in Ireland and one of the largest in Europe, with housing for over 20,000 people joining mixed use office, commercial and public spaces. Several major developments of scale have already transformed the former docklands, including Navigation Square, with further works set to transform the future of Cork City.
