Texas comes to Cork for innovation and exceptional workforce as SupportNinja opens a Centre of Excellence
Dallas based customer care and back-office support firm SupportNinja are the latest U.S firm to take advantage of the exceptional business eco-system in Cork. The Texas based outfit became the lastest firm to invest in Cork when it opened a new CX Centre of Excellence, which it plans to grow to over 50 jobs in the next 3 years.
The location will offer a range of functions like multilingual customer support, sales and marketing. The arrival of the fastest growing provider of customer and office support services is a ringing endorsement of the strengths available to Cork bases businesses. Craig Crisler, a co-founder and COO at SupportNinja, summarised what drew the company to Cork and Ireland –

The U.S firm joins over 190 international firms in the thriving Cork business eco-system, which benefits from an exceptionally skilled workforce bolstered by 10000 annual graduates in science, engineering, business and technology from University College Cork and Munster Technological University.
Cork City recently celebrated being named ‘Small European city for Economic Potential‘ two years in a row in the Financial Times European Cities and Regions of the Future awards.
The county is also famed for it quality of life, with city workers able to go from a modern cultural city to beach in just twenty five minutes, while remote workers can enjoy equally modest commutes.
