Communities across Cork City and County are looking forward to an exciting Culture Night 2024. From music to visual arts, with literature, dance and more, Culture Night presents an unmissable evening.

Culture Night / Oíche Chultúir is a national moment. It celebrates culture, creativity and the arts and seeks to actively promote the belief that this rich and varied culture is alive, treasured and nurtured in people’s lives, today and every day.  It is delivered nationwide in cities, towns, villages and rural locations as well as online and through our media partners.

Whether visitors are looking for family events or activities for grown-ups, there will be something for everyone all evening.

Cork has a rich and varied culture which we can celebrate with pride on Culture Night, with no end of choice, and a variety of events to be enjoyed free for all the family. The only downside is we can’t be everywhere at once. Enjoy Cork’s culture. Be a part of it.

“It is fantastic to see the excitement building in our towns and villages for Culture Night 2024. The sheer variety and number of events taking place is a wonderful indication of the creativity and imagination that can be found all around the county. There’s a rich programme to be discovered in the 17 hub areas of Baile Bhuirne, Bandon, Bantry, Carrigaline, Charleville, Clonakilty, Cobh, Fermoy, Kinsale, Macroom, Mallow, Midleton, Mitchelstown, Passage West, Skibbereen, Watergrasshill, and Youghal as well as surrounding areas and the islands off the coast of Cork. I invite everyone to take a chance and try something new, there is something for everyone to enjoy.”
