Cork-based company ResultsCX to create 200 new jobs by next year.

The US-founded firm is celebrating one year of establishing a presence in Ireland.

ResultsCX, a Cork-based company to create 200 jobs by the end of next year.

A global leading provider of transformational CXM (Customer Experience Management) services to global brands, including Fortune 100 and 500 firms, they were joined by EU Commissioner Designate Michael McGrath at their Cork City headquarters to announce their expansion.

ResultsCX acquired Cork based CXM company, Zevas Communications in 2023, expanding their EU foothold. Since then, it has experienced a significant increase in demand for its customer support services. Consequently, this surge has led to several strategic adjustments to accommodate the growing needs of customers. These services cater to banking, financial services, insurance, and fast-growth technology businesses across European markets.

The Cork-based team supports leading BFSI, Fast-Growth Technology, Telecommunications, Digital Media, and Utilities companies across EMEA, APAC and North America. Backed by next-gen technology solutions and analytics, the team specializes in retention and win-back services. These services improve the customer journey and build loyalty.

Many of the jobs on offer will be remote, with its latest expansion introducing multilingual positions in Spanish, German and French.

ResultsCX is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The company, established in 1990, employs more than 23,000 people worldwide.

In addition to its Florida headquarters, Results CX also operates offices across the UK, Bulgaria, India, Mexico, Honduras and the Philippines.
